ISEET (Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test) has
ended the reign of AIEEE and IIT JEE. Year 2012 was the last year to witness
AIEEE and IIT. With few important changes made to Engineering entrance system
in India, ISEET is all set to test engineering aspirants students in India.
Students seeking admission into top engineering institutes like IITs, NITs,
IIITs and IIIRs will have to go through ISEET from 2013.
What is ISEET?
ISEET test was planned by Ministry of Human Resource
Development, Govt of India to reduce mental stress students face while
preparing for various different entrance test. A single test to get admission
into any of all the colleges in India will make students more focused towards
their goals. Also they will not have to pay fess for filling up different forms
for different entrance exam.
ISEET 2013 Exam Pattern:
Minimum 40%
weightage will be given to School Board marks
Totally ISEET 2013
was divided into two categories: ISEET MAIN (Objective Aptitude Test) 30%
weightage will be given and ISEET ADVANCE (School Board Syllabus) with maximum
of 30 % weightage in process of admission.
